A New Beginning: How Lion's Mane Cleared My Covid Fog

In 2019, at the hight of my career, everything seemed to align. I was a senior software developer at a prominent tech firm, solving complex problems, leading a team, and presenting at international conferences. Then came 2020, the year that no one wanted, but we had to deal. Like millions, I contracted COVID-19 and to be honest i didn't get that sick. It was the long lasting effects that really got to me.
